font render improvements

This release has the following content:

 1) printing of the timesync is now available
 2) new font rendering FI_outline is available that uses beziers for font rendering
 3) brotli enabled in http server
 4) curl paths were slightly fixed in http server

The project is now under 150usd price tag to avoid problems with our steam release
