Restoring legal status + webcam support

This release has the following changes compared to previous release:

 1) AI support disabled. We got more guidance in form of USA copyright office paperwork about status of AI practices. From initial reading of the paperwork, it was clear it's not creating healthy AI marketplace, but instead places more focus on copyright aspects of the AI phenomenon. Thus, if you want cutting edge AI research, better try find one from communist china.

2) we have linux and web versions of webcam support now available. Previously only windows support of webcams worked, but now with AI coding assistants, we could implement working webcam support for multiple platforms.
