videofile support and webcam support

This release has the following new features:

 1) webcam support working in linux, win32, emscripten -- each having slightly different implementation 
 2) videofile support working in linux, win32, emscripten -- each having slightly different implementation

Basically these features needed to be implemented 3 times, once for each platform.
