script_ml and deploy fixes

This release has the following features:
1) we found significant problems in the script_ml module/how it worked together with gltf files
a) now script_ml works in both emscripten and linux/win32
b) deploy feature needed changes so that scripts will have file:/// urls turned to relative urls
2) gltf models have significant graphics quality improvement. We changed ARGB8 -> SRGB8_ALPHA8 in the colour textures,
and this gives HUGE improvement in rendering quality. While the models are slightly darker, the quality is significantly better.
3) Bugfixing related to script_ml / there's significant bugs with Prepare() usage in script_ml node.
