High-dpi and browser zoom setting..

This release has the following changes:
1) phong shading now works differently. I'm now using blinn-phong.
2) high-dpi and browser zoom setting now implemented
3) brightness of the gltf models can now be adjusted with 2 new settings/self_multiplier and rest_multiplier allows easy tweaking of the rendering brightness
4) bug fixes about progress display logo and bm_2d for high-dpi displays
5) deployment also supports high-dpi displays.
