Major release v27 update.

This release includes some nice stuff:

 1) gltf animation support now is able to render proper gltf animations.
 2) some crashes have been fixed
 3) it now uses opengl es to get it working on wayland properly
 4) I got amd vega gpu card for testing, so now it works with amd cards too
